2 MONTH FELLOWSHIP – SKILL BUILDING STAGE

CLINICAL EXPOSURE

  • Live patient surgeries (real OT environment)

  • Stepwise progression: observe → assist → perform

  • Exposure to multiple graft ranges (1000–4000+)

  • Donor management & recipient design

  • Post-op care protocols

  • Scalp + Beard + Body + Eyebrow transplant
